Parking Notes: DIRECTIONS TO PARKING GARAGE FROM 1415 2nd Avenue:
Go South on 2nd to Union Avenue and turn Right.
Turn Right into the first driveway, the Target parking lot.
Pull up to first gate and locate the grey box mounted from the ceiling; hold access card up, through your windshield, facing the box and hold it until the light turns green and the gate opens. Make sure your vehicle is pulled up close enough to the gate/arm that the underground sensor is tripped by the vehicle.

Proceed down to Level E and park in space E168

This is the only authorized parking space for your use. Guests may use the Target public parking. Follow the Exit sign and the purple arrows to the vestibule for the elevator bay. Swipe access card next to grey box next to the door and enter. Take elevator to floor 20. Get off elevator, turn left and then right to find the condo.

This is a city style underground parking structure best suited to small cars/smaller SUV. There is a public posted sign for extremely low clearance at the entrance.

Please note: Take your access card with you whenever you leave the condo as you will need it to access various parts of the building. Also, if you were unable to provide vehicle information prior to your arrival, please either contact us or the Newmark Tower concierge with the following information: car make, model, year, color, and license number.

The view is phenomenal! Great place to stay when visiting Seattle. Close to almost all attractions and within walking distance (20 minutes max). I went with my family (wife and kids ages 14,11 and 8) and we all enjoyed. Target is just an elevator ride down. Would definitely rent again if I visit Seattle.

Great location with a spectacular view! From the minute we were met by the Vacasa concierge to the wonderful tour of the place and info. On the area it was perfect. We traveled with our 2 adult children and it had all the amenities we could have ever wanted, plus it was very clean and well outfitted. Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Seattle.

The location was ideal for our Seattle trip, just steps away from the Pike Place Market, and not far from most of the Seattle tourist attractions. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. My biggest complaint is the communication regarding the parking ramp exit closure that occurred during our stay. There were signs around the building saying the residential parking could not be exited during certain early morning hours for gate replacement, which was during the time we needed to leave for the airport on our final day. Talking to the desk attendant was not helpful, and when I called Vacasa I was told they had a note about it and we could park in the Target parking ramp (which was where the residential parking area exited to). We did that, only to find it was the gate from the Target ramp to the street that was being worked on and that exit was closed! The workers there we not very happy with us, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us leaving the ramp - but it took about 10 minutes for them to secure what they were working on before we could exit.

Beautiful, well appointed and equipped apartment. Target located conveniently a elevator ride away and next door to all manner of goodies that Pike’s Place Market has to offer.
A little niggle with the property bag storage policy changing mid way through our stay but we found a super friendly bag storage place around the corner. No central AC but mid summer breeze at 20th floor kept us mostly comfortable.
Best part through was waking to the amazing view of the Olympia range bathed in warm sunlight over the view of the sound, perfect.

nice view from 20th floor. stay could have been better if microwave worked, unit was cleaned better, light in bathrooms was equal to candle light, and toilet handle still broken since 2017.

The condo and it’s location were perfect for my family of five. The only negative was that the lighting in the bathrooms was poor and the coffee table ottoman was very old looking and worn. Other than that the place was clean, neat and had the necessary amenities needed for the week stay. I would definitely book this condo again.

The building is in a great location. The unit was a perfect size and the kitchen was well - equipped. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Better maintenance would make it perfect. The microwave did not work. The window treatments are cheap and the shade in the MBR was broken. The handle of one toilet kept falling off. One of the TV remotes had several non-working buttons. The false cabinet fronts in the kitchen kept falling off.

Beautiful panoramic view! So close to Pike Place Market, and waterfront activities, and yet the sound proof windows, provided quiet when necessary! Every thing was provided, and with Target just next door, food and drinks were easy to obtain. The front desk staff were all very friendly and ready to please. If I am ever fortunate enough to return to Seattle, I will definitely stay again! We stayed for an entire week, and I didn't rent a car. All of the interesting sites are within walking distance or easy to get to with the lite rail or monorail systems. Loved Seattle! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Condo with us!

Views! Views! View! As in previous reviews, Sea to Sky is all about the spectacular view: Sea, sky, mountains and the ferris wheel and Pike Place sign lit up at night--which is exactly what we were looking for. The space is as pictured, although a little snug for 6 adults, and communication is excellent. The building people were very helpful and friendly as well. The location is perfect for visiting all the usual sights and exploring on foot. We're very glad we stayed here for our first visit to Seattle!

The location was perfect for all our needs. Easy walk to the Convention Center and to a multitude of Seattle sights and restaurants. The unit is nicely decorated and the views absolutely could not be better. Extremely comfortable bedding made for great endings to the days. There is no A/C but the fans helped and being a corner unit allowed for great air flow with the windows and doors open. We really enjoyed all the sights and sounds of the city, the parking and most of all the views!

With spectacular views and a central position this apartment offered the perfect location for our week long stay in Seattle. Doug was very attentive in checking us in and made us feel welcome on our arrival and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided excellent facilities for a family of five. Although located in a busy downtown location, the 24 hour concierge made us feel very secure. We loved watching the boats on Puget Sound from the sitting room and main bedroom windows. Seattle is a very walkable city but the apartment's position also meant we could easily access the range of public transport as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!!! My family and I had a great time in Seattle the views from our Condo were amazing. Who needs a rental car. Everything is within a short walk (Pikes Market, Waterfront, Ferries, Shops, Resturants, Tram) Doug and the staff were great to work with.

A spectacular 2 bedroom condo; impeccably decorated with all the amenities that are necessary to make a stay pleasant. There were spices and basics in the pantry, dishwashing detergent for dishwasher, laundry soap for washer and lots of cookware and utensils for cooking fresh fish from Pike's market next door. It is so convenient to have Target on the bottom 3 floors and the views from this condo are unrivaled by the ferris wheel on the Seattle Pier. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and neat. It was so convenient to have a dedicated parking space as well. Doug was kind and courteous and greeted us on time and make us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome experience. I was born and raised in Seattle and this was the first time I got to be a tourist in my city. This is the best location for getting anywhere a person might want to go and do or connect to easy transportation. The view was awesome. We have traveled a lot and never have had a view like this. It was great!

The view from the living room and master bedroom is amazing. And,the proximity to the Pike Place Market is great. Kitchen is very well-stocked. We easily prepared our dinner on NYE with food from the market. Parking space is a bonus. I can understand the concerns of previous renters re the heat Even in the winter, the living room was quite warm on sunny days but we didn't need to use the fans. I hope to stay here again next winter. Minor note for property mgnt: The handle to flush the toilet in the 2nd bathroom is loose and easily falls off.

We stayed here for a week in late July, and had a great overall experience. The location is superb. I had to go to the UW campus and took the light rail, with a station one block away. The Target at the base of the building was super convenient. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and absolutely loved the views. One of the few downsides of this unit is the heat in the middle of the day. We would stay away from the condo in the late afternoon because it got so hot. I am from the South East and was missing my air conditioning. Lastly, I am very picky about noise levels and was worried this place would be noisy given the downtown location. It was very quiet with the windows closed, and I had no complaints. Even with the heat issue we would rent this place again.
