This home has been lovingly redone by the owners, with two full-size bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sleeping loft upstairs, the Birch Tree Cottage is large enough for the whole family and the AC on the main floor and in the master bedroom keeps the main living spaces comfortable all summer. The private master bedroom is downstairs with a new king bed, master bath, and spacious closet. A second comfortable bedroom is on the main floor. The sleeping loft upstairs, perfect for kids, has two sleeping spaces with a twin bed in each area. The sleeping loft is the only area of the house without AC, but windows keep the area ventilated and breezy in the summer!

This vacation rental also features Pack-N-Play, children's books and games, a large deck off the kitchen with a gas BBQ so you can cook for the whole family! The entire lot has mature landscaping with flowers and trees all around. Enjoy the long Seattle summer on the back porch and have a quiet morning coffee out front. The house is very welcoming, sparkling clean, and everything is in excellent functional condition. The location was very convenient for us. Neighborhood is friendly and feels safe. This was a great place for our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, to stay in Seattle

We were very happy with our stay at Birch Tree Cottage!

Check-In/Out was a breeze, and the location was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We just jumped on I-5 which was very close by and that got us anywhere we wanted. We also loved that it was just a short walk from a really great coffee shop which we went to each morning.

We felt that this was a very safe area to stay in, and also really appreciated the off-street parking.

The unit had plenty of space, was cute and comfortable, and was very well-stocked to meet all our needs. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Birch Tree was cute, nicely updated, and clean. We are a family of 4, 3 adults and a teen. Everyone had their own space and it was a great location to relax after a full day of sight seeing. Quiet neighborhood! Our kids enjoyed running the hills in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we were super happy with the Birch Tree Cottage. It’s a super cute place, near lots of shops and restaurants, and easy access to highways to get around anywhere in Seattle. The only issue we had was that the TV was on the fritz and there were no garbage bags so we could not take the trash out. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

Very cute home, nicely furnished and clean. Walkable neighborhood. Close to grocery store, bakeries, and close to I-5 which takes you everywhere. Nicely accommodates 4 in two bedrooms but upstairs room with two twin beds is pretty much unusable due to the heat with no a/c up there. Would be ok in cooler months probably. Loved sitting out on back deck and enjoying the trees and flowers and hummingbirds.

Very comfortable cottage with excellent use of space. We particularly enjoyed the back deck and the short walk through the very pleasant neighborhood to Starbucks.

This cozy cottage exceeded our expectations. It's much larger than I thought and extremely well organized. Centrally located to many fun activities with remodeled kitchen and baths. A fantastic back patio perfect for sipping our morning coffee. All the amenities and comforts of home in a nice neighborhood!

The house is adorable, immaculate, very well designed and perfectly located. We especially loved the gas fireplace which was so nice for the winter visit. We will definitely be back!

I had nothing but a positive experience with this rental and company. The property was incredible. The better part was the property managers - they were quick to respond, we’re response to our needs (ordered us a baby gate) and made sure we had a great stay. I cannot recommend this enough

The location was close to UW, walking distance to coffee and dining, the home charming and clean. Great time. THank you.

Very pleased with our stay! Extremely clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Nice neighborhood with several places within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Seattle again!

We had a very good time staying in this house. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, and there is a grocery store only 2 blocks away. The driveway behind the house was handy. Deciding what was trash/recycling/compost was sometimes complicated. The neighborhood was quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is within walking distant to restaurants, grocery store, banks, and public transportation. The cottage has updated bathrooms and kitchen. We really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace while talking with family.

his charming house was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (3 college age sons, my husband and myself). Two of the boys had the upstairs bedrooms, one boy had the main floor bedroom, and the downstairs was a perfect master retreat. The house has charming older character (we used the fireplace every night and some early mornings!), but has been recently updated beautifully in the kitchen and bathrooms. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Beds were all very comfortable, bedding and towels that were provided were very nice quality. The deck out back is perfect for relaxing or grilling, in a lovely, quiet, residential neighborhood. There were lots of touches to make our stay more comfortable--full size washer and dryer in basement(with detergent and softener provided!), water bottles, coffee, and microwave popcorn were waiting for us on arrival.Convenient, secure locks and easy check in, check out process. Nearby coffee, doughnut shop, and Safeway--all within easy walking distance. Close to UW, and not far from I5, with access to all metropolitan areas. We will definitely stay here again when travel takes us to Seattle! Thank you for this lovely property!
