(Access to the Tahoe Donner facilities requires an additional per-person daily fee.) THINGS TO KNOW
- Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
- No excessive noise and/or trash.
- All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., seven days a week.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
