Perfect? No, but pretty darn close.
Great amenities.
Great space/layout for multiple families.
The beds were comfy and warm.
I’m inspired by the shower in the master downstairs for a similar treatment to my own shower!

Improvements could be: taking a dremel or similar tool to the dining table. I love the raw wood, but there were some pretty significant snags/slivers we had to actively dodge. Not really what you want to have to think about when gathered around the table for dinner or board game. Also, the underside of the table leaves sawdust on your pants if you brush your leg against it. Really a good sanding top and bottom and fine tuning between the slats and that table will be perfect. It is really a beautiful piece.

Maybe we missed it, but a sconce light outside by the hot tub would make those evening dips smoother getting it open and closing it up.

Y’all. We don’t usually stay at the same place twice (we visit once or twice per year), but this house is the first one where we would love to go back. Thanks for sharing the great vacation space!

A big party must have stayed prior...The trash outside had been full..We had to call and have someone pick it up. Apon arrival we walked through the house just checking it out and a half drank Gatorade bottle was left behind on the Kitchen sink, one seven up can left down stairs with a very sticky garage floor..Really made me question the cleaning..Several stains up the stairs and in bed rooms..The Decks were nice but disheveled, like they just left it as the last guests..We had a great family vacation but when you arrive to a place you would hope they would clean and organize, put things back in place, make it inviting..We did not experience that at all...
Manager response:
Julie, thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced. Please know this is not a common occurrence. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this concern so we could compensate you. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future.

Wonderful stay and plenty of room! Bedrooms were ENORMOUS and could definitely fit a few families. Tons of stuff to do in and around the house, bikes, board games, basketball, cornhole and MUCH more. Only downside is the thermostat was a little finicky. Turned it to 68 the first night and didn't turn on and left the house in the 50s. Burrrrr. Good thing there is a heated gas fireplace upstairs :)

We stayed for 10 days and had an amazing time with our family! The location was excellent as it was close to the bridge to drop in for a river float! The kitchen was well stocked and was nice nd big. There were also so many additional places to hang. We loved the porch as well as the extra outdoor games. Thank you for allowing us to make some great memories! We will definitely be back. :)

Enjoyed the floor plan and amenities. Some things were not listed in the description: The house has AC (a rarity in sunriver) and 10 SHARC passes. The garage was filled with all kinds of activities for the kids. Bikes were in good condition, kitchen and baths well stocked. Giving it 4 stars because at the time of our stay the house had a very strong pet urine smell, not wholly unexpected with a pet friendly house, but quite unpleasant with the windows closed. Otherwise a great stay.
Manager response:

Lovely home with all the amenities for family! From the ping-pong table to the fully stocked board-game/puzzle shelf, this house had everything we needed to keep little ones entertained. Plenty of room for spreading out and an amazing patio setup made it great for adults. Super short walk to the river, amazing access to mountain bike trails and biking distance to everything else. Will stay here again!

Two master suites, dog and kid friendly, open floor plan upstairs made this house a perfect place to celebrate Christmas early.

Location and physical structure excellent
Rooms arrangement very good

This was a great home, with a ton of amenities. However, it wasn’t very clean. Dog hair everywhere, dusty, and a candy wrapper on one of the downstairs end tables. One of the beds actually had a hair tie between the sheets leading us to believe the sheets were not changed.

The hot tub was locked and we didn’t have the key. Vacasa was very responsive and helpful, but when the handyman called, he told us to break into the hot tub using a butter knife to unscrew the lock. Found this disturbing for the owners and unprofessional.

It’s really a shame. The house had so many great features and was very family friendly. It’s a bit far away from all the attractions of Sunriver, and if the house had been clean it wouldn’t have mattered much. But when you spend this kind of money, you want the house to be clean. Especially during a pandemic.
Manager response:
Hello, Brooke! Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you had an overall pleasant experience with the home. Thank you for your feedback and for bringing your cleanliness concerns to our attention. We are working with our local staff to address the issues in this home and welcome this as an opportunity to improve the quality of experiences we provide for our future guests. The home was spacious, plenty of room for sleeping and dining.
Loved the back deck,.... our first night we had an awesome thunderstorm. So much fun watching it all together.
The hot tub at night was relaxing...watching the stars and moon show up.

We stayed here for a long weekend with one other family. There was plenty of space for us to relax and mingle together. I love a good great room, and this home has it! We enjoyed many meals together and there were ample kitchen supplies. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Sunriver.
