There's no better place to experience the beauty of Gulf Shores than this gorgeously situated penthouse in The Lighthouse Resort! This bright, open space provides a taste of luxury beachfront living at its finest, offering bird's-eye views of the white sand and the Gulf of Mexico, a private wrap-around balcony where you can spend golden hour each evening, and direct access to 635 feet of private beach below. Within the resort, you'll have use of two zero-entry outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a pair of hot tubs, and a gym with a sauna.

What's nearby:
This penthouse sits atop the Gulf-front Lighthouse Resort, which is located just over half a mile east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Within walking distance are several great shops and restaurants, including Sea-N-Suds, The Hangout Gulf Shores, and The Steamer Baked Oyster Bar. Gulf State Park is half a mile east, and an assortment of family-friendly attractions - including Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf - are just up Highway 59. You'll also be five miles south of the Craft Farms Golf Club and an easy drive from Big Wave Dave's, The Flying Harpoon 2, and The Flora-Bama.

Un-permitted vehicles are booted and a $75 fee applies to remove the boot.

This was our 4th annual family vacation to Gulf Shores and our second year to stay at The Lighthouse Penthouse #1. It is the perfect location for easy beach access, restaurants and shopping. The amenities are fabulous. Kitchen has everything, great view and comfortable living space for our large family. Plan to book again next year!!

We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse. We found most things wonderful except the twin size beds. Adequate room, great view, lovely balcony and outdoor furnishings, well stocked kitchen (waffle makers and blenders were definitely perks!) The master bedroom was a little warmer that most rooms so the box fan, kept in the closet, came in handy. The closets were full of hidden gems such as beach canapés , ice chest, chairs, beach toys, balls, games and rafts! These owners definitely aimed to please their guest!

Beautiful place with all we need. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. A table for 8 so we can slide our quarters across the table to pay off the better golfer's that day. Great courses within a short drive.

The condo was spacious and lovely. We were an extended family of twelve, two grandparents, children and grandchildren. We had everything we needed for the full week we were there. (The large crockpot may need to be replaced soon.)

The TV in bulk room did not work. Reported but never fixed. Light bulbs burned out in bathroom. No bulbs to fix
