The only designated/approved area for smoking on property is at the grilling area. Please also note that all Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals properties is non-smoking units.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Construction is anticipated to take place at Admiral's Quarters from September 2024 to March 2025. The work to be done includes exterior repairs and painting, which will impact the availability and views of some balconies. While the stairwells are blocked off for repairs, access will be rerouted as needed. Construction work will be noisy, swinging stages descending from the roof will be utilized, parking may be blocked or limited at times, and part of the pool will be blocked during this work.
