Construction noise should be expected during the day, construction materials and machinery will be present on-site and in the complex, parking may be disrupted, and guests are required to sign a liability waiver at the guard shack upon check-in. Construction begins at 7 am and continues until 5:30 pm with heavy machinery and noise.
