Ski-in/out condo w/private hot tub & in-home steam room/sauna!

Take your winter trip to the next level with a stay in this ski-in, ski-out Telluride vacation rental. With access to two chairlifts and a private hot tub and steam room/sauna, this condo has all the makings of a glamorous ski trip with friends and family.

Located in Mountain Village, the base village of Telluride Ski Resort, this home is about six miles away from the Telluride Airport, and just a gondola ride away from town. Leave your car parked and walk everywhere!

Mountain chic with an Alps influence, this stylish home has nice tall windows for natural light, natural wood beaming, and tasteful leather furnishings that give the home its lodge feel.

After you've taken all your gear off, settle into one of the leather sofas by the gas fireplace to warm your feet while the TV plays cable or movies on the Blu-ray/VCR and the kiddos play board games from the in-home selection. WiFi is available to stream music or Netflix.

The upscale kitchen is glamorous and functional, with all the necessary appliances to make excellent meals at home. This kitchen is even stocked with a Mr. Coffee espresso maker and a blender for smoothies. If cooking is just not in the stars, not to worry - Mountain Village and Telluride are full of excellent dining options, several within walking distance. Guests may even grill outside on the patio.

After your meal, put the dishes in the dishwasher and take a soak in the hot tub, or take a steam in one of the in-home steam room/saunas.

This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home can sleep as many as 12 guests, with eight adults maximum. The master suite on the main floor is spacious and homey with a king bed and leather armchairs. Watch TV or read in bed, or take some alone time in the jetted soaking tub!

Downstairs are two more rooms: a bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom, and a kids bunk room with a twin bunk bed set and a futon. The bathroom across the hall from the bunk room has a steam room, perfect for soothing chilly lungs.

Upstairs in the loft/den area is a third room with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The den area, with a sectional pull-out sofa and a TV, can turn into a fourth sleeping space.

Visitors with winter sports in mind need not go very far. Simply walk off your deck and go! Guests may either get on Chair 4 to access intermediate terrain, or Chair 1 adjacent to the condo for easier slopes. Those who have booked lessons with the Telluride Ski & Snowboard School will simply stroll across the open space to meet with their instructor, and can walk across the plaza to retrieve any last-minute gear at Christy Sport or Alternative Edge.

Take a break for a brew and a burger at Tomboy Tavern or a quick meal at the Hot Diggity Dog shop or Crazy Elk Pizza. Enjoy a gondola ride to Allred's, which sits at the top of the mountain between Mountain Village and Telluride and offers some of the most amazing views.

Take your family and friends for an epic winter adventure in this Southwest Colorado vacation rental.

Condo needs some TLC. Coffee pot and toaster need replacing. Ice maker needs work, had to fill ice trays to get adequate supply. Bedroom furniture falling apart. Towel rack in bedroom falling off wall. Only one wine glass, had to use coffee cups or iced tea glasses.
Maid service ...check the dust under beds and furniture.
Over all, 4 stars, Could easily be 5 with these few upgrades and repairs.
Manager response:
We appreciate your review, Larry! The ice machine is not working, but there are several ice trays in the freezer. New wine glasses have been provided, and we will be replacing the coffee maker and toaster soon. The owner will be advised of your comments regarding the furnishings. Maintenance will be addressed the towel rack, and housekeeping will do a thorough dusting. Thank you!

This was the most amazing unit we have ever stayed in. Its proximity to the lift #4, Mountain Village Center and easy access to the Gondola was ideal for large families. The outside deck was even more enjoyable with the jacuzzi that got plenty of use. Though the interior was a little dated it was especially cozy with the large fireplace and ample room for large families. The Vacasa staff were very polite and cordial as well as very timely with any questions we had along the way. Overall, a very memorable stay. We'll be back!!

The location is outstanding! It’s the corner unit and it’s just a short little walk to the free gondola. We had multiple vehicles, so we had to use the paid lot behind the grocery store, but there is a gondola that you can ride that takes you back and forth between the house and the lot so it wasn’t terribly inconvenient. The space in the condo is great as well. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of seating and having 4 bathrooms was amazing!! The negatives are that the only comfy bed was the master, the hot tub turned off at 9:30 (or stopped working??), the master bedroom toilet flapper thingamajig was broken so we had to open the tank and mess with it every time we flushed. The fireplace was missing a key to turn on the gas so we spent two days dealing with that. The lady was SUPER nice but it’s a pain to have people in the unit then have to wait a plumber come out. They gave us $100 refund for the trouble but that’s why I didn’t call in the other issues. I just didn’t want to mess with it. They should definitely take a moment to go through the house and update the things that need updating or fixing. It could be an amazing rental!! Communication and detailed instructions were spot on. I would recommend it but just know what you’re getting.
Manager response:
Hi Vickie, thank you for staying with us. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for any maintenance issues faced during your stay. The homes are inspected prior to guests arrival but sometimes issues can still pop up unexpectedly. We appreciate your feedback and will review for things that can be fixed and updated. We hope to host you again in the future.

Very very disappointed. I am not a complainer this is actually the first negative review I have in 8 years

The condominium is advertised as Luxurious and it is not. The furnishings are out dated and worn. Tile in the kitchen is broken off. The ice maker does not work and there is no ice. The hot tube was cloudy and dirty. The windows in the downstairs bedroom was stripped and did not open. The fire alarm upstairs was hanging on wires. Wires were exposed where a light fixtures should have been. The door handles to the upstairs bedroom came off when attempting to open door. The light in the downstairs bathroom shower was out and we could not see in the shower. The gas fireplace would not light ( there was no gas) kitchen was poorly stocked. Upstairs bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. Could not turn television on. Cable wires all over the place.

There was supposed to be a garage door opener when we entered the house but there was not. We were unable to park and had to use public parking at a cost of $25 per night. I called and messed Vacasa many times. They took a long time to reply. I was told the manager would contact me but no one ever did. No one ever corrected any issues.

We have requested a refund. We have checked out and still have not heard back.
Manager response:
Hi Albis! Thanks for your feedback. We value your review and have worked closely with our local staff to address repairs and maintenance needs as needed. We apologize that you encountered issues during your stay and hope we get a chance to impress you in the future!

Everyone kept saying “location, location, location.” Had no idea just how great the location is on this property in the mountain village. We are very active and traveling with teenagers. Access to the gondolas and chair lifts made everything so easy. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings with enough privacy yet great views to the mountains and people watching in the plaza. Only negative, the mattresses were terrible. Tough to sleep. Encourage the owners to improve them so I can come stay again.

Location, Location, Location. Given the ski-in/ski-out location, the property is probably rented quite frequently; as a result, the unit is a little 'tired'. But we came to ski, so the minor issues did not bother us. If you are looking to ski out the back deck and back again, this is the property for you. We look forward to renting this property next time we are back in Telluride.

Everything was great. Location was superb. Best ski in ski out place we’ve stayed in in 10 years.

Can't beat the location!

It by far was the best place we have stayed in Telluride!! Convenient to EVERYTHING!! Definitely will stay here again soon !!

Super great for a big family. Well stocked and pretty comfortable. It definitely gets lots of use and could use some updates but well worth the stay.

Telluride is charming and beautiful. The condo is in a fabulous location, is spacious with a good floor plan but unit is not very quiet. There is a deck off the LR/DR that has a hot tub and has direct access to the ski slopes. This condo should be a 5 star property, but maintenance is NOT a priority in this unit. A few of the repairs needed: one of the downstairs toilets was “running” and the handle was broken almost off making it unusable, (I emailed and called for repair but no one no one came); 3 of the bathrooms had pink mold and one had black mold; there are hard water stains on the shower floors; the kitchen faucet was loose, leaked and had a sloppy and unsuccessful repair attempt; 9 light bulbs were out, including both of the ones on the stairs (a safety and liability issue); the fan upstairs is controlled by the same switch as the light (there is no window upstairs so the fan is important); not all the windows have screens and the rugs in the LR/DR are nasty. Additionally, the place is tired looking. The walls have a faux glaze on them that was popular 10-12 years ago, but it makes the place look dingy. A new paint job would do wonders for this unit. A lot of the furniture and bathroom cabinets need touch up, refinishing or replacing. So, my recommendation is to chose a different property.
Manager response:
We apologize for the deferred maintenance and have contacted the owner about these comments so they can take them under consideration. Thank you!

This property couldn't be in a better location. Right by the village express lift and gondola to town. True ski in/out right to the porch. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to some small upkeep related items... Several lightbulbs out throughout the condo, a baseboard heater that didn't work, hot tub wasn't filled enough to use, etc. Other than that, this is a fantastic property and location, and those things should easily be corrected.
Manager response:
We appreciate receiving this feedback. All burnt out light bulbs have been replaced, the heater has been repaired, and the hot tub has been serviced.
Brian T. Feb 2018
The location of this unit was outstanding. Can't be any closer to the lifts and restaurants. Super easy to get to town on the gondola.
Dana G. Dec 2017
The location was probably best in all of mountain village. plenty of space in the condo, some things should be updated but it was clean and the local management super responsive, ski room to the side was also great. fantastic stay!
Nancy M. Sep 2017
We stayed here with two other families when we were in Telluride for the Imogene pass run. It was a great place to stay with kids- plenty of room and we were directly across from the gondola to town. The kids loved playing right off the back deck.
Karissa S. Jul 2017
Rented this condo for friends in town for our wedding -- location was perfect, slept 8 adults comfortably!
Grace B. Jun 2017
This rental is located right by the Mountain Village, with a great view of the ski slopes and the Gondola. There's a short walk to the Gondola, followed by a quick ride into town. This location was perfectly accessible, but nice and quiet when you're ready to leave the downtown area. Very accommodating for a group of adults!
Ann N. Mar 2017
Great for large party especially family. Convenient to all ski resort amenities. Staff very accessible. Would recommend and definitely stay here again !!!
Kathy K. Mar 2017
The location of this condo was amazing - located right next to two lifts and the gondola station - truly ski in ski out and easy access to restaurants and the village! The views were sensational.
Darlene G. Feb 2017
The condo was clean, had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and it was located in the middle of everything. Perfect!! The only problem we had was the parking. We were told that the clearance for the garage was 6'8", no problem our truck is 6'4" tall. However they did not tell you that the entrance to the garage was very steep causing the truck to sit up higher in the back so it did not fit in the garage. We had to park in a paid parking lot ($35.00 a day) away from our condo.
Lynn K. Feb 2017
We just concluded a three night stay in the 125 Lost Creek property. One could not be any closer to the ski run without having skiers sliding through the living room. We were able to access ski rentals, lift tickets, and meals within three or four minutes of leaving the property. We could take breaks between runs in the warmth and comfort of our house, then head back out for more incredible runs.
The house was spacious, well-equipped, and, overall, a great value. Lack of free parking is an ongoing problem, since there is room for only one vehicle in the garage associated with the property; a $35/day charge is levied by the parking garage for additional vehicles. Unfortunately, since there was no garage door opener available when we arrived, we too had to pay the daily charge and park in the garage. This was the only negative and should be rectified fairly easily. I recommend this property to families, groups of friends, or anyone who loves skiing and all the other outdoor opportunities Telluride has to offer.
Monica F. Jul 2016
Enjoyed our stay
William W. Jun 2016
We loved our stay at this house. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do and see. A very short walk to the gondola. It is a great place for a family and friends and we look forward to coming back.
Lois M. Jun 2016
Our condo was located very close to the Gondola, which we could use to go to the grocery store or into Telluride. There were restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes walking from the condo.I can't imagine a more convenient location.
Ann N. Mar 2016
Awesome location and accommodation, especially if you have a big family. Highly recommends.
Voni F. Jan 2016
If you are looking for location, you can't beat this condo. It is literally a stone's throw from the back door to the main lift. Beyond that, the property needs work - the heat is erratic, the steam shower does not work, many of the windows do not open, the washer and dryer do not work properly, the master shower is almost inoperable, various lamps and tv remotes were inoperable. If you have problems while staying here, perhaps you will have better luck getting Vacasa to respond.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. We apologize for the several inconveniences you experienced during your stay; the Property Manager will inspect all of these items to make sure they are functioning properly for future guests. We hope you had fun in the snow!
