Scenically situated in Seaside proper, mere steps from the beautiful beaches of South Walton and the shops and restaurants of Seaside, these two neighboring homes (with a connecting deck between them) offer a stunning, sun-splashed retreat for an extended family, a group of friends, or two families vacationing together. These homes were designed like classic townhomes with the main living and dining spaces on the second floor, with each space offering a full kitchen and such gorgeous architectural details as vaulted ceilings, spiral staircases, and built-in bookcases and benches. Enjoy generous porch space with swings and outdoor dining areas, and one of the best tower views in Seaside (from Another Dream) - perfect for memorable sunrises and sunsets.

The white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short, 100-yard walk from these homes. Enjoy sitting beachside with a good book while watching for playful dolphins in the surf. You'll also be within walking distance of the fantastic shops and restaurants of Seaside, where you can find wonderful local seafood, markets, darling boutiques, and lovely art galleries.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Two cars can be parked on either side of the townhomes. Upon check-in, you will be given parking passes for your vehicle(s). Please hang the parking passes on the rear-view mirror of your car if you are going to park on the sidewalk directly in front of the house. If you're parking in the driveway, the parking passes are not a necessity.
