You'll even have a private dock on the lake, so you can spend your summer vacation fishing, water skiing, and soaking in the sunshine.
Guests can enjoy paddle-boating, kayaking, or trying out the stand-up paddleboards for some fun on the lake. Inside, you'll find arcade games, foosball, Ping-Pong, and board games for enjoyable evenings with friends. Outside, guests will find a tetherball area and a horseshoe pit. Take your boat out and make a quick trip across the water to Lake Anna State Park, where you can lounge on beaches, explore scenic walking trails, or have a cozy picnic. The community offers a private boat ramp at no cost. If you need any equipment, Anna Point Marina is a seven-mile drive north.

- Starting June 2023, the right-hand side of the dock walkway (facing the water) will be reserved for the neighbor only.
- For additional sleeping options, there’s a twin and a full-size sofa bed in the basement.
- Age-appropriate games and a Bumbo-style booster seat are available for younger guests.

- Two paddleboards, two adult kayaks, and three children's kayaks are available for guest use. Renters should bring their own life jackets to ensure proper fitting. Some will be available but sizes vary.
