The main 2 issues we had were with the mattress in king bedroom. It was extra firm and like sleeping on concrete. The other issue was the air conditioner. The thermostat in the living room would not go below 68. I had a thermometer in bedroom and it was between 70 and 71. This is much to warm to comfortably sleep. Unit was updated and nice otherwise but we did not sleep at all so I would not recommend this unit unless you like a really firm mattress and can tolerate it being really warm when you sleep.

The condo was very clean. We had a view of the pool and ocean, but were set back away from any pool noise. The walk to swim was extremely short— we would stay there again.

We do enjoyed our stay at this property that we almost booked another night! It was confusing to find, so make sure you go to the correct elevator to get to this fifth floor condo (the one closest to the health/gym building). The sheets were pretty scratchy, but other than that we have no complaints! We already looked into booking for next year, but it looks like you can only book for a full week, which we usually only schedule 4 night vacations. We hope to be able to go back!

our dryer didn't work the first night started smoking in the room fire alarm went off and our stove wouldn't work either i called several times and days but no one ever came out to fix or even look at it very disappointed!!!

This rental is located in a high rise complex where dryer vents are routed through the roof, so property owners and rental management staff do not have access. We dispatched a technician to address the dryer and stove as quickly as possible with the cooperation of the regime. My wife and I have stayed in Villamare several times and were always very pleased. This time not so. The fire alarms sounded several times as a result of a faulty elevator and this particular unit, even though it's in a great location, left something to be desired. Cleanliness of furniture and carpets, lighting for reading and the quality of the bed linens and bath towels were all disappointing for the price of the rental.

On a positive note this unit has been nicely updated.

This property was recently deep cleaned, but we will have the carpets and upholstery cleaned as soon as possible. This home uses a cleaning vendor that changed and cleans the linens and terry upon each check-out. We can certainly call them and request additional or different linens if necessary. Thank you!

The condo was perfect. It is clear the owners have thought of everything a visitor may need from the kitchen being stocked with ample dishes/accessories to the ceiling fans in the bedroom.

Condo very neat but light fixtures in master bathroom and outside door were broken. Picture on the wall, glass broken. Not much seating in den area. Elevators extremely slow. Dryer took quite a lon time to dry close.We felt that what we paid for, we didn’t get. Otherwise, we had a good time.
