You'll love enjoying your morning coffee on the upper and lower decks and the welcoming feeling you get from the home's furnishings and decor. Use the private gas grill to cook up some South Carolina barbecue, splash around in the shared pool, or just spend time with friends, family, and a few cocktails out on the deck chairs. The large dining room table is the perfect place for a romantic dinner for two or even to host a few board games for some family game night.

You will have full access to Kiawah island where you will be able to spend time at the Night Heron Park, enjoy miles of paved bike trails, or just walk or bike to the beach (about 500 yards). You'll also discover nature trails and lookouts with amazing vistas of South Carolina's natural beauty. You will be in close proximity to Kiawah's private beaches and golf courses. Inside the Inlet Cove area, there is a Junior Olympic sized pool and also a pier for fishing, crabbing, and boating. Make sure to visit Freshfields Village (approximately two miles away) to shop at several unique stores, dine at local restaurants, and check out great entertainment. Take a day trip to downtown Charleston (around 25 miles away) for history, carriage tours, and a spectrum of awesome restaurants.

It’s a beautiful vacation house, we had a great vacation time here. Close to the beach, can do fishing nearby. We even enjoyed their tennis courts there, will definitely like to come back, and refer to friends.

This was a good beach house. Close walk to the beach, kitchen had enough for us to make our basic dinners, one bathroom has a tub that worked well for our young kids. Thanks!

Property needs repairs and remodel. Dirty rugs and blankets (had to buy our own), ants in the kitchen and 1 cockroach in the living room, leaky kitchen pipes, molded shower curtain. Property was not ready (cleaned) when we arrived from a 10hr trip. Unacceptable.

The property is very much so amazing, very comfortable, and very inviting and for 6 guests easily. It’s in a quiet location where you can definitely enjoy the back patio and outside shower and the kitchen is very spacious for cooking and enjoying your love ones. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very accommodating to comfort good rest and great amenities for you to relax and enjoy your vacation.

This was our 3rd year renting over Thanksgiving and we love the area. This place was I need of many repairs. The microwave was damaged and worn. The coffee pot leaked (we had brought an extra one), I tried to vacuum because the carpet seemed dirty- the vacuum cleaners was useless. The place smelled stuffy. Granted we had a wonderful visit and I did not call housekeeping to complain. I just wanted to let you know it wasn’t as nice and fresh as past years. The reservation system and services are convenient and so helpful. We will be back. Happy Holidays.

Location was great. the kitchen could use additional teaspoons and new cookware. ( I had to bring my own cookware to use.). Also..there were dead bugs on the edges of the carpets.

Clean, roomy, great staff, good restaurant. Only negative is that the mattresses were too soft.
