We really enjoyed the location and the property. Great quiet place to relax and enjoy the coast. The beach access was right outside. We had a view of the beach and ocean when standing up. Seated, the myrtles and other plants outside the deck and windows obstructed the view. We had everything we needed and all was very easy. The only factor that would be less than 5 star would be that the beds could use some updating. None of my party found their beds to be comfortable. Would return to this house for another stay despite the beds.

The house does not have a view of the Atlantic ocean. It has a great view of the Edisto River from the large windows in the living room. The chairs and ottoman are worn out as are the mattresses. They need to be replaced.
This home is rated as one of their premier clean properties. I admired the fireplace and went to check out the wood. The mantel was filled with dead bugs and dust. The lower left side of the mantel had a huge cobweb on it. The dishwasher has black streaks on the door and lower basket that look like mold. I washed every utensil and plate before using them. The dishwasher definitely needs to be replaced. This issue was noted in a review from April 2020. So the staff and owners understand the problem. We couldn't use the deck furniture because they were covered in bird poop. By Monday morning, ants were crawling all over the sink and countertop.
The house is in a great neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful.

Great location...quick walk to the beach. Comfortable living area. Appliances all worked well...as well as the HVAC...brrrr it was cold this week. Nice views and easy access to parking.
Everything was clean and fresh.
The carpeting is really tired and stained and really needs to be replaced -- yes it is only aesthetics but seeing stains everywhere is annoying.
Beds need to be replaced, especially the 1st floor queen.
We asked for a carbon monoxide detector to be installed and that was done the same day. (We usually travel with one after the vacation tradegies last year but forgot ours.) Staff is very responsive and helpful. I think 4 stars is a fair rating...some new carpeting and mattreses would have made it 5 stars.

The location was great! Convenient to the beach and pool. Overall, the house was nice. However, the WiFi would not work and it was essential for our family to work and do remote school. We spent two days connecting with the local Vacasa team and eventually Comcast to get a new cable box installed. The customer service was good on both sides, but stressful for our family. Other than that glitch, the property was nice and fairly stocked. I would recommend a gas grill onsite. Also, the linens were not consistent. We did not have pillow cases for all bed pillows (which we did not use). I also would have brought my own toilet paper, tissues and paper towels had we known this would not be adequately supplied for the week. Usually this is provided, but not the case during Covid 19. We had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels and no tissues for the week ( for 5 people. The local grocery had NONE of these paper products until mid week due to supply chain issues. Keep this in mind when traveling! Bring your own!

We loved this home except there was no toilet paper. And and no warning there would be no toilet paper. There was no broom to sweep the sand up thru our stay and no umbrella or covering of any kind on the porch area. It was clean and great location to the beach. I would love to stay again. Just would like some basic accommodations I would think should come with this home.

We loved the easy access to the beach and the ability to leave our beach wagon at the front door. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked most of our meals. Dolphin spotting a and deer spotting a were so much fun. This condo has plenty of space and a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The location is amazing for a family to get easily to the beach. It is relatively well-stocked in the kitchen, as well as the living room, but this unit needs a LOT of maintenance. Toilet broke within the first week we were there, it took 3 days and a LOT of phone time as well as traveling to the local Vacasa to get it fixed. Tiles in the twin room bathroom are loose. Beds (ALL of them!) are the worst I’ve ever experienced in a rental. The upstairs bed right side felt like you were sleeping in a foam pit, it was so lumpy. The queen downstairs was as hard as a rock, we ended up getting an inflatable mattress to sleep on, it was so bad! The twins are creaky. Chair cushions in the living room are ALL worn out! There is no grill (the only Beach Club we’ve ever stayed at without a grill!), no baking sheets and no potholder. The dishwasher is worn out, doesn’t dry dishes and often takes 2 runs to wash dishes as the soap dispenser often fails to open. Also, most of the settings don’t work. Needs to be replaced! The washing machine is full of mold around the ring, hoping Vacasa will get it cleaned.

The check-in/out process seems rather dated requiring the renter to go to the office. I would expect a key-code or something more convenient. The Seabrook security gate didn't have our passes when we arrived although the front desk said they should have. Simple misunderstanding between the two parties but meant we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get through which is not only embarrassing but a poor start to the experience. Kitchen and bathrooms lacked some basic supplies we expected. No oil/spray, lack of toilet paper, only one hair dryer for three bathrooms. Just not very well equipped. Great location and layout.

even though we had a few hic-cups with the house (the washing machine was not working, there were limited towels, the can opener was broken, and there were no kitchen towels/pot holders - everything was fixed and it was fixed fast!

When we first srroved wr called about a gas smell in the laundry room. We were told someone wpuld come. Finally somepne came on Tuesday and said it wad nothing the unit had this history. If someone had told us it was nothing on Saturday we would not jave worried for 4 days snd slept with open windows

Third visit to this rental....we've seen the details start to suffer....mostly the carpet in the beach house clings onto the type of sand on Seabrook...it's getting old
