Clean and nice to have a little kitchenette. The only problem was the carbon monoxide alarm kept going off.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Kim. We apologize for the issue with the carbon monoxide alarm, and are pleased to see our maintenance team was able to promptly resolve the issue. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and allowing us to rectify the issue. We hope to host you again.

First of all, the studio was very clean and well stocked for my needs. It was also a very convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants as well as the ski lift. That being said, it was very loud throughout the day and even into the late night hours with the “drunks”. It would be impossible to nap during the day. As far as the place itself. The bathroom was spacious and had a few toiletries. The hair dry kept overheating though so bring your own. And only a few large towels were provided. The kitchen did not have an over but it did have a microwave and stovetop. Plenty of dishes. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The mattress and pillows were amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no AC as I sleep hot. I had to open the slider which provided an amazing breeze and soft water falls sounds but the noise of the people passing by woke me up often. I also wish they had another free parking spot for a guest. All in all I would mostly likely stay again.

Everything was great ; it would be great if they had instructions on how to use the remotes for the TV

Very nice studio in a great location. Comfortable bed. We’ll appointed.
No ice machine. Blamed Covid “everyone took them out.” Sorry, not true!
Antiquated key card system. They admitted cards deactivate all the time. Nice kitchen except for dorm size refrigerator.
Broken wheel on the luggage cart
“Free” clothes washer was out of order.
Manager response:
Hello Joe, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. Our local team is there to assist you during your stay with just such issues. We hope to host you again soon.

Cute condo with a comfy bed and in a great location! My only issue was the pillows on the bed could have been better they were very flat and uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great!

A great place right near Main Street. We loved staying there. The views of the mountains are fantastic. There is also a recreational bike path near the condo that you can use to ride to Frisco or Keystone.

The unit was lacking an oven when we expected a fully working kitchen. We deal with a severely lethal food allergy and need to prepare our own meals as a result. We expected a fully working kitchen with a an oven and instead our unit only had a microwave and 2 burner mini-stove. Much of the food we brought to prepare and bake in the oven ended up going to waste. Had we been aware that there was no oven we would not have stayed at this property. The cost of canceling our reservation and moving to a new hotel would have been more than the cost of the wasted food so we made the best we could of the disappointing situation.

I attended a wedding that was held on the property of the facility so it was most convenient. There are several restaurants and shops within close proximity.

Room was great. Staff was wonderful. Just a nice easy experience! But I hated the shower curtain as stuck to my body as I tried to shower!
