The condo was very clean and as described. We will definitely book again. Note: there is traffic noise early in the morning

The condo is very nice. The staff are great. My only issue is the road noice and loud yelling across the street from a bar. This went on from midnight to 2:00 in the morning both nights. If it had air conditioning and we didn’t have to open the windows it would have been perfect. The location is great

Comfortable condo. Check in and check out is all digital except when you arrive to get room key, nice experience

In house laundry was broken and had water standing in washtub upon arrival and wouldn’t drain which was a big deal for us. And the public laundry dryer was not drying either after multiple attempts. The same first night we realized the dishwasher didn’t work either. Which they had already ordered a replacement for and did install the day before we left. The bathroom attached to the bedroom with the two twin beds had issues with toilet and tub draining. The maintenance guys came and addressed it but we still had issues even after that so er just had our kids use the spare bathroom next to the front door. Not a huge issue but the tv in the bedroom we stayed in was also getting dark and flickering like it might be about to go out, we had plenty of room and did enjoy our time at Breck. And if these issues get fixed and would be communicated prior to stay we would entertain staying here again, but for the amount we paid it was a little bit of a disappointment. Especially when we booked for in house laundry and it never had it working.
Manager response:
Hi, David! We're happy you stayed with us and apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered. It's our hope that the compensation provided helps alleviate some of the frustration you experienced. The washing machine and dishwasher are both addressed, and maintenance is taking a look at the TV and plumbing. Thank you!

This condo unit was comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. Well appointed, staff was responsive, and beds were super comfy. We appreciated that we had convenient parking, and easy access to ski rental places nearby. Would highly recommend.
One thing to be aware of and not a huge deal if you aren't a light sleeper, there is a night club across the street. We could hear the bass from the music well into the early morning.

Very convenient to the Quicksilver lift and Main St. The fourth bathroom definitely comes in handy with a group.

The location is close to shops, breweries, coffee, and more! Comfy on cold nights with gas fire, TV and CD player

The building housing this unit is conveniently located near downtown making it very close to many restaurants and shopping. The unit is located facing Main Street, so there is a lot of street noise at night. The balcony overlooking the street is a great people watching spot. The unit was very large and include a washer/dryer which was a very nice bonus. The TV and internet worked great. We had a large SUV and parking in the garage was never a problem although I don't think the building had many visitors during our stay. On the negative side, the unit could definitely use some updating and maintenance. Some of the light bulbs were burned out and the dishwasher was non-functional. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was broken. The general condition and style of the unit was also outdated. We stayed in early August and with no air conditioning it was very warm in the unit. Due to the street noise, it was not possible to have the windows open at night. Fortunately there were two fans in the unit and we got a third from the front desk. Overall it was a good experience but it could be improved.
Manager response:

Great staff and lodging!

Overall it was good, but the condo could use an update to it’s furnishings and kitchen amenities.
Paula M. Aug 2018
The room did not have air conditioning so the only way to cool it down was to open windows but that let in all the noise on main street, it was miserable at night trying to sleep or just hanging out in the living room. You should of let us know this so we could of changed the room location.
