Things to Know
- As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited.
- Air-conditioning service is scheduled for July. The process will take 30-45 minutes per unit. The schedule is July 18: Units 201, 202, 203, 204, 205. July 19: Units 206, 207, 301, 302, 303. July 20: Units 304, 305, 306, 307, 401. July 25: Units 402, 403, 404, 405, 406.
- 1 dog, weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
