Ready for a retreat? This fabulous condo is equipped and ready for your Maui getaway. Gaze out all the way to Molokai and Lanai from the furnished balcony, or spot some whales from the balcony if you're visiting from December to April. Beach towels, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and snorkeling gear are available for guest use. Rinse off the day's sand in the outdoor shower! After a long day of exploring the beach, swimsuits can go straight into the room's private washer and dryer. Pull out some some board games and enjoy some quality time together as the sun goes down. This condo is also one of the few condos in the complex that have solid walls in both bedrooms for additional guest privacy.

In addition to the beautiful beach, many local eateries are within walking distance of the condo (we recommend Maui Brewing Company). Of course, you can access the beach very easily - public access is just one-third of a mile away!

Guests can use the shared pool, barbecue area, elevator, and beach access near the oceanfront property. This unit has an in-unit washer and dryer and step-free access, elevator access. This unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling comes from ceiling fans and portable fans. Outdoor seating and a lit entrance path are available around the grounds.

The neighborhood:
Kahana is a peaceful West Maui stretch between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, with the channel and neighboring islands often in view. Nearby beaches are suited to swimming and snorkeling when conditions allow, and Pohaku Park is a useful stop for a picnic or time on the sand. Kapalua's bays, trails, and golf are north, while Ka'anapali's restaurants and activity are south. The neighborhood has a slower residential feel, with sunsets and seasonal whale watching often part of the view.

Getting around:
Kahului Airport (OGG) is about 40 to 45 minutes from the Lahaina area along Maui's west side. A rental car is recommended for beaches, shopping, and dining along the coast, including Kaanapali and Kapalua. Nearby beaches may be just minutes away, but most destinations require driving. Parking is typically available in designated lots, though popular beaches and restaurants can fill up.

• This property has a strict NO SMOKING policy. Smoking or Vaping of any kind including Medical Marijuana are strictly prohibited anywhere on property.
