We love that this was a home away from home right on the water and a bbq ready to grill mm mm mm a good time for sure! It smelled nice and clean when we entered and had tv and board games for our down time. Very cool place to be.

cozy and private place, and beautiful.

I really loved this cute and private spot. It was exactly what we needed to check out of the tech world and into the earth. The views from the couch were so beautiful and so close to all the trees. The spot has everything we needed and we definitely will be back to jump off the dock in the summer.

Deck right over beautiful lake. 52 VERY STEEP stairs, ad said "some" stairs. Horrible bed, way too soft and swayed if either sleeper moved at all. Unit was hot like oven and no A/C only tiny window fan, but temps near 90 aren't normal for that area so can forgive that problem. TV & internet pretty bad, cut in and out constantly, couldn't watch TV at all.

Excellent lakeside home close to Olympic NP. Wonderful deck over the water.

The cottage is directly on the lake, with a wonderful terrace from which you can watch the sundowns. It is very private and has great vicinity to a number of the Park access roads.

We had wonderful time there. Location is perfect if you would like to explore Olympic national forest.

So, this place is really great but be forewarned, there are 50 stairs to get from the road to the house. They are steep. We knew going in that there were stairs but unloading and then loading our things was tough.
I am taking off a star in my review because of the bed. It is so small and bouncy, that if my husband moved even a little, I was practically bounced off the bed. Neither of us could sleep in the bed. We ended up sleeping on the couches, which fold down into futons but aren't much better to sleep on. (I even looked at the mattress at one point, because I was convinced it was an air mattress. It had that much bounce.)
Once again, if you are aware of the stairs, you'll be okay, but that bed was the WORST. The rest of the house is great, wonderful views and the kids loved the deck area.

Perfect place for a couple to stay. Very clean and minimal. Lots of privacy. We had fun cooking and relaxing while also getting in good hikes and taking in the beautiful scenery.

Cute house right on the water with nice decks, but it takes navigating 50+ steep stairs between the house and the road where you park the car. Sleeping options (old squishy mattress on the bed and hard futons) were not comfortable. Bathroom is so small it is barely functional. We enjoyed Lake Sutherland but will not book this house again.

We loved the waterfront location. The view from the living room is so relaxing, even from the couch!

We absolutely loved our stay, The stay at your cabin was amazing the dock was loved by my son and his two friends. As we were sleeping we could hear the water along the side of the bedroom and it was very soothing. We hung out on the dock most of the time, and then cooked in the nice kitchen. Everything went smooth and it was a great vacation. We live very close, in Sequim, so we had a few friends that would stop by and we would hang out with them on the dock for a little bit. All in all it was a very very good vacation, and a great Cabin. We plan on coming again next year
