Built in 1960 and beautifully renovated since, this lovely Wexler home is a wonderful example of the mid-century modern architecture that made Palm Springs famous. A clean, minimalist design carries throughout the living space, where you'll find original works of art, colorful tile work, and bright, sunny rooms that open to the lovely outdoors. Prepare breakfast each morning in a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and high-gloss cobalt cabinetry, and barbecue your lunches outside on the gas grill. As for your afternoons, you'll spend them swimming in the private pool, relaxing in the attached spa, and unwinding with a good book on the patio or in the bonus room. You'll love swimming in the refurbished pool on those hot summer days. Take advantage of the high-speed WiFi to post your favorite memories to your social media and stream your favorite movies and shows on the 60-inch smart TV in the living room.
This home is located in the El Rancho Vista neighborhood of Palm Springs, which enjoys easy access to downtown (less than three miles west) and Palm Springs International Airport (less than three miles south). Take a quick drive or bike ride over to Palm Canyon Drive, the main strip of downtown that's lined with popular restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and all sorts of nightlife. Or, spend your days golfing at one of the countless world-class courses in the area or riding the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west) for a majestic view of the desert below.

- Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

- The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
