Just off the kitchen, you'll find an indoor dining area that opens out onto the pool deck through a set of glass doors that slide open. Here you can also decide to dine alfresco and experience the backyard during twilight as the desert starts to cool and the landscape lights set the ambiance for a perfect evening.

Conveniently located less than two miles from the famed attractions of Palm Canyon Drive, there will be no delay in getting a piece of all the action. Whether you set out to grab a bite to eat at one of the delicious restaurants or want to beat the heat with a morning hike on the beautiful foothills of Mount San Jacinto, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Not to mention, a plethora of museums, golf courses, and casinos are also close by for even more fun!

THINGS TO KNOW

• Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
• This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• This rental is located on floor 1.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
