Outfitted with two glass-enclosed patios, both overlooking the pool deck, this will be just the place to enjoy the warm evenings. Three chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the mature trees. The private saline pool and spa make for a lovely escape from the heat or evening soak as well. Inside, the living room offers a comfortable couch, additional seating for entertaining, an HDTV, and a fireplace to finish off this welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals inside with dining for four, or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio.

For a bit of fun right near home base, enjoy early morning or evening walks on the lovely and well-maintained greenbelt just outside the patio. Also in the complex is a shared tennis court to indulge in a bit of friendly competition. Venture into downtown, just two-and-a-half miles away, and you will have full days of fun with endless restaurants, boutiques, and attractions lining Palm Canyon Drive. If you happen to have a more outdoorsy group, wake up early and treat yourself to a hike on the foothills of Mount San Jacinto.   • Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • For stays of 29 nights or more, additional discounts may be available. Please contact Vacasa for more information.
  • The utility deposit is $1500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
  • This home has a fee to heat the pool/spa. The request to heat the pool should be made at least 48 hours before your arrival. Please call our Customer Service Team at (503) 345-9399 to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $49/day.
