Contemporary, modern, and stylish, it's a perfect fit for those looking to unwind and enjoy the Palm Springs sunshine poolside. Walk through the breezeway between the home and the garage to the backyard, where a glistening pool and spa (both can be heated for a fee) beckon you to relax and let your cares slip away. Stretch out on one of the chaise lounges and soak up that Palm Springs sun while being surrounded by a lush green lawn and mature citrus trees, including lemon and grapefruit. The backyard faces west, framing a picturesque view of the San Jacinto Mountains, and there's an outdoor dining space for eight under the covered patio, as well as a propane barbeque for preparing and enjoying meals al fresco.
