The owner is a music producer and has a recording studio on the property next door to the house. He may be present at times when working on an album with artists. However, the studio is very well soundproofed and his presence will always be non-intrusive and respectful of guests. The studio has separate parking and a seperate gate entrance that stays open for studio users. If you would like to close this gate, for your pets to roam, you are welcome to. The rest of the property is exclusively for your use.
Please note that because the pool is serviced Tuesdays at 3pm; it is unusable from 3pm until 11pm on Tuesdays. The schedule can be altered, but 72 hours notice is required to do so.
