Come vacation in this two-story 5-bedroom, 5-bath "Grand Estate" vacation home (with its own guest cottage) overlooking the 18th green on Bayside's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. This spacious and unique grand home - more than 4,000 square feet - features many extras, including its own separate guest cottage featuring a sleep sofa for additional sleeping as well as full size pool table, genuine arcade game (MultiCade), a bar and a 50-inch plasma TV - for all those sporting events where a smaller TV just won't do. There is also a full bathroom. It would make a great Man Cave. Outside there is a bricked terrace where you can hone your barbeque skills on a large gas grill. The master suite has its own private sitting room. There is a living room with a gas fireplace and 45-inch flat screen TV on the first level as well as an open den. You will fall in love with this large well stocked kitchen, which includes a Keurig coffee machine, and an additional refrigerator in the garage to store those extra munchies for the kids or soft drinks and brews! This kitchen is set up for the most serious of cooks as well as something simple like throwing in a frozen pizza or two. The second floor features a spacious loft area that is set up as a second living room with a 25-inch flat screen. There are several flat screen TVs and many DVD players for all the TV fanatics to enjoy. Best of all is the beautiful decor! There are many custom aspects to this home that truly makes it unique. It is large but also warm and welcoming and features many custom finishing touches that you just don't find in many vacation rental properties. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.

Note: Bayside charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you prior to your arrival to arrange for this payment.

The layout of this house is perfect for large or multiple families. So much space to be together or grab some alone time! The location is also perfect. Walking distance to Sun Ridge, and easy to get in and out of community. Bonus .. you can hear and see the concerts at Freeman Stage right from the front porch! Love the size of the back porch for game night and dinners! The bedrooms are all good size, closet space is excellent. The mattresses are all very comfortable ! The cleaning service did an amazing job. The house was spotless when we arrived an smelled very fresh and clean. Linens were all supplied and beds were neatly made. We were really impressed with the cleaning and linen service. Now for the parts that prompted me to give only 3 stars. The house is in dire need of updates. There is really only one comfortable couch in the living room. The seating in main living room is not comfortable for a family. The refrigerator is in need of replacement. The shelf’s on the refrigerator door are all broken, leaving that space unusable. The drawers in the refrigerator are broken and were scotch taped shut. The decor is dark and rugs are well worn. The front and back porch seating need new cushions. They are stained and flat. Also we did not find an iron or a blender in the home. We purchased our own, but would have been good to know that those two items are not available before we arrived. Lastly, and this was just a fluke, but the air conditioner downstairs broke. I called in the evening to report this. I did not expect to have anyone there that evening so i patiently waited for someone to arrive the next day. I started making phone calls later the next day and repeatedly was told they were working on it. It was 90 degrees outside and the entire downstairs was unbearably hot. Finally after many phone calls and 3 DAYS, someone arrived to fix the air conditioning. By this time my whole family was miserable. I really felt that they should of had someone there to fix the air conditioning the next day. I also felt that I should not have had to call several times to get updates or prompt them to do something.

I loved the concept and the space .I do feel that things could ve been cleaned prior to my check in..there was little things that needed to be updated in the house.The staff was friendly.Overall great house to get away from it all.
