Just a short drive (8 blocks, or .6 miles) to the beach, this three-story 4-bedroom (and den), 2.5-bath vacation home is located directly at a junction of two canals and offers a boat dock if you wish to bring your watercraft (a boat launch is located less than a mile from this getaway)! Fine spaces inside and out, this South Bethany getaway also boasts a screened porch (great for outdoor dining, entertaining or playing games). Great for pre-teens or teenagers, the fourth bedroom, with a half bath of its own, features its own private entrance, conveniently located next to the outside shower, and does not connect through to the rest of the home.
