Enjoy the “Beautiful Life” at Avon’s oceanside VITA BELLA. The clean, uncrowded beach is just a short walk down quiet Sailfish Lane.

VITA BELLA is approximately six lots back from the ocean boardwalk access.

This saltbox style home has a clever floor plan that begins with good parking and a dry entry for those moist vacation days.

There is an outside shower and Weber kettle grill. Additionally, VITA BELLA is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and, most importantly, the Dqueen.

VITA BELLA has a combination living, dining and kitchen with tall ceiling and bright southern exposure.

There is a comfortable living area anchored with LED TV/DVD and stereo.

The well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and outside sundeck, which includes a picnic table. Bedroom one with double bunks shares a full bath (shower) with the living room.

There is also a laundry area on the first floor with a new, full-size washer and dryer.

VITA BELLA shines upstairs.

Young people will gravitate to the large loft with LED TV, sofa, and deck access. Bedroom two has a queen bed, deck access, and shares a large bath with queen bedroom three. The sundeck has built in seating and a slice of oceanview.

Sunsets and sunrises are exceptional.
