Spent two weeks in April.
We loved new furniture in the living room.
On the negative side: Kitchen is poorly stocked with glassware, There were no hand/face towels, and towels and bed sheets were not replaced after first week of stay.
Phone line was not working and hot tub was leaking, which was fixed during our stay.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any mid-stay cleaning services and recommend guests wash any bedding or towels, with the Washer and Dryer provided in the home, as needed. This was the 3rd time we've rented this exact unit. This year it looked, felt, and smelled like it was barely been cleaned all summer.
We arrived before check in time and we waited outside as staff came and left, but as soon as we walked in we noticed it was not clean. Immediately after a cleaner leaves you would usually smell cleaning products, but there was zero smell.
Someone who came out of the house left a pile of household items in the driveway. The pile was ugly so we moved it to the trash can area.
The floors were not vacuumed. There were pieces of lint and dirt and unidentifiable stuff on all the carpets and the stairs. Plus dead bugs.
The kitchen floor had dried food on it. The worst part I scraped up before thinking about taking a photo of it.
Both of the shower curtain liners were moldy.
The bathroom sinks had dirty scum lining the drains and what appeared to be dried toothpaste.
All the seams between tiles and between tiles and walls were black from dirt.
The living room carpet had several stains from the kitchen to the sliding door.
All in all, this house went downhill significantly in the past 6 months. We were here in April and it didn't look like this.
I spoke to Vacasa and sent an email with photos. I was told the local office would respond to me, but no one ever reached out or took care of the problem. It was bad.

The house is great for 2 couples. There is an extra bedroom for another guest if you don’t mind sharing a bath. Beds are great. It has a good windsurf launch and lots of space to store gear under the house. The house could use some maintenance. Roof has a hole in it. Did not leak in the house but we didn’t get much rain. Half the light bulbs didn’t work, refrigerator took 3 days to cool down, shower curtain was moldy and torn in downstairs bathroom, ants in kitchen, bathroom drains were really slow to drain. Over all we liked the house and location.

Really bad condition of the house. Mold and smell in the master bath and other places. No nets in windows. AC is weak on the 1st floor.
Overpriced.

We apologize that some of the screens were missing in the windows. In this windy environment occasionally screens blow away. We will alert our team to take inventory and replace any missing screens. Additionally, because this home is so close to the water the natural smell of the sound can permeate the home. We have made our local team aware of your smell of mold in the home and they work diligently to address any issues as necessary.
