Everyone’s raving about beautiful, soundside Irene's Dream! Located on a large, quiet corner lot in Kinnakeet Shores, this home is a five-minute walk from a beach access point and the community's pool and tennis courts. You'll also be conveniently close to a Food Lion and nearby restaurants in Avon.
The circular drive, which has a basketball goal, accommodates parking for several cars. The first level of the house has a large game room with a wet bar, a full-size pool table, and a media area with a 60-inch 4K Ultra HDTV, surround sound, and an Xbox One. Also on the first level is a main suite with a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 46-inch HDTV. From the game room, head out to the private, 36 x 14, in-ground heated pool with double showers and sundecks. Next to the pool area, which is also accessible by stairs from the upper deck levels, is a stainless gas grill for outdoor entertaining.
Four bedrooms are located on the second level, with three of them offering individual access to the second-level deck and hot tub. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a 40-inch HDTV, sharing a bathroom with another bedroom with two twin beds and a 32-inch HDTV.
