The ground level has good parking, a carport, under-house storage, a fish table and a bait fridge, a gas grill, and easy beach access. Level one holds two oceanfront bedrooms (with a king and a queen) with a large deck and a shared bathroom, a room with two bunks, and another room that has two singles. This level also features another full bathroom and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room is comfortable and freshly decorated with tall ceilings, a half-bath, a new, fully renovated kitchen and a 60-inch TV. The outside sundecks overlook the ocean, offering a beautiful hot tub and plenty of furniture. The good-sized, third-level loft has a large-screen LCD TV, a DVD player, and two futons that could be used for extra guests. This level is perfect for viewing the sunset over the sound side.
