Location ! For value it sits in a dead end with a cute clear trail right to the beach access Q.
House floor plan made for great privacy with our guests and no balconies wrapping around. So good privacy.
House had plenty of dishes cups glasses and appliances to accomadate us all.
Beds were very comfortable.

Enjoyed the Outer Banks beach and surroundings. Two setbacks -- 1) Heavy rain flooded the pool, so it was not usable for a couple of days, and 2) the same rains came in through a sliding door with a defective gasket. Otherwise, fine.

This house had the best equipped kitchen ware we have ever experienced. Add the pool table and swimming pool and they combine for a superior rental
