6th Floor Ocean View Snowbird Friendly Condo w/ WiFi, Shared Pool/Hot Tub, AC!

Great for a beach vacation, this well equipped condo has everything you need! Plus, the Ocean Park Resort has tons of amenities and perks everyone will enjoy!

The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.

Mini Golf - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free play before 7pm for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near several of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

also have overflow parking across the street.

Pretty nice place. Was not as clean as we would have liked but it was not too bad. The roaches in this place was unreal, we are really surprised that we haven’t brought any home, they were everywhere inside and out. Elevators are always a problem here.

I am 1000% disappointed and disgusted by your property. We had to wait until exactly 4pm to get the keys to our room because it was being cleaned. And when we walked into room 608 it was filthy. Surface clean yes, but if you look closer at any floor board, cracks, countertops, drawers, beds, bathroom, fridge, etc., it was absolutely not clean. The walls have small holes all over them. Not to mention the walls are just filthy. Streaks of dirt everywhere you look. The Murphy pull out mattress sunk in the middle and had huge holes in the bottom of the mattress. The sofa pull out mattress was stained and had just outright garbage underneath it. The lamps and lampshades have dust thick enough on them you can see it from across the room. And the TV doesn't work. The bathroom counter was dirty and gritty and had 3 bobby pins laying on it (that I did not bring). The tissue box had dust and dirt on it thicker than the lamps. The shelf under the sink is put in backwards. The mat in the tub is secured with yellow caulk. That obviously was adhered by someone who was blind and couldn't see that it is seeping out the edges. But yet I still don't understand why anyone in their right mind would caulk a rubber bath mat in a tub. Genius there... Not. The kitchen fridge is all dirty in the seal. The counters again are dirty and gritty. The drawers don't open one at a time. They all open together because the craftsmanship of the cabinets is stellar. The bottom drawer is being held together by duct tape. And then let's talk about the beds. I found countless hairs throughout the sheets. Not to mention something the size of a mouse toupee on the floor. The sheets and pillows all have stains of some sort. The dresser drawers were filled with dust and dirt. And the floor boards in the entire place may not have been cleaned since they put them in originally.

Parking was convenient. Great view from my sixth floor balcony even though I prefer to be a little lower. Friendly front desk folks. Now, the not so good- bug problem under sink in kitchen; difficult to regulate water pressure in shower- usually it's too little pressure- in this place, it was too much water pressure for a comfortable shower and the shower was very small. Very stingy with their towels. You had to "trade" used ones for new ones downstairs at the front desk and weren't allowed any extras. Lobby was a MESS! Probably won't stay there again.
