The big draw to this property is how overly dog-friendly it is. Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. On-site services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat, offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and a sundeck for guests to enjoy. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.

Mini Golf - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free play before 7pm for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near several of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual wine and cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

We came down and decided to see if we could get a ocean front room. They were so nice to accommodate us. The room was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We told them we would be back and we will.

We had a great stay in 710. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and an awesome oceanfront balcony! We are so thankful we were able to bring our sweet pup too! Ocean Park is very well kept, the staff are friendly, we were very impressed by the pools and the grounds. Great price. We will definitely stay again!

Loved. Ok. It was a great view . That’s it. It’s a old unit needs to be upgraded with modern interior design. Shower head is for a man or person that’s about 4”11 tall. I’m 6”3.. cracked my head several times.. also. All day mornings and night. Weed /pot smoking scent fumes everywhere. But u beat people down on bringing pets there. Not acceptable where I come from. U almost have to work like u do at home. Wash clean up and hump to get linens and towels. It’s not rest it’s work. So there’s my 2 cents. But I will salute you on the $74 a night room. Take care

It was enjoyable to stay here. However gave 3 stars because be prepared to work, you have to carry all towels and bed linens to from desk to get clean ones, can’t get extra towels and you have to go to front desk to get new roll of toilet paper.
