The big draw to this property is how overly dog-friendly it is. Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people! On-site services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat, offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and a sundeck for guests to enjoy. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.

Mini Golf - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free play before 7pm for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near several of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual wine and cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

I have found that hotels that allow dogs have a friendly atmosphere. I've stayed at other pet friendly hotels but I like this one the best. The reason for 3 stars is because of a couple of roaches, just a couple but loved our stay.

Horrible from the start. Was told that there would be no servicing upon rooms at check-in. COVID and lack of staffing is now the go-to excuse for poor service everywhere. Weren't enough linens for the # of guests in room. Finally had clean linens the first night at 12:30AM and woke us up to notify us. No clean linens at all on the 2nd night of stay. Ended up using the same wash cloth and towel twice. Room was disgusting. Hair and dirt all over the floor. Urine stains on bottom of toilet seat. Air conditioner sounded like a cross between a helicopter and a woodpecker. Rowdy crowd at hotel kept us up half the night on the last night of our stay. Got up and looked out over the balcony and there must have been 100 or more people in and around the pool and hot tub with boom boxes blaring and drunk people staggering around everywhere screaming, shouting, cursing, etc. Not a family friendly resort. Was here for my daughters archery tournament, otherwise we would never have came to nasty Myrtle Beach. Precisely why we vacation on the Florida Gulf. Ridiculous price for a tiny, nasty room and no service at all. Stay away!!

There were roaches, needs updating bad. Closet door falling off the track. Pieces of baseboard were missing. Pictures are very deceiving.
