You and your loved ones will have access to an array of community amenities, including an indoor hot tub, adult pool, and kiddie pool, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. Start your day with a steamy cup of coffee on your private balcony as you admire the views of the ocean and the beach from the comfort of your condo. There is no kitchen, however, you'll have a convenient mini-fridge to store all of your snacks and goodies and a microwave to heat them all up!
THINGS TO KNOW
- There is no kitchen, but this condo does have a 3/4-size fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker.
- Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.
- Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
- Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more.
- Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
- 2 dogs , weighing 40 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
