Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Parking notes: 7-story Covered parking garage located across the street (clearance is 6’6”) The Patricia Grand parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Guests are asked to please notify the front desk before attempting to park a large or oversized vehicle so that proper accommodations may be made. However, oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only. The Patricia Grand will not be held liable for any damage caused by attempting to park an oversized vehicle within the parking garage. Parking Pass Policy – guests will receive 1 parking pass at check-in. Trailer parking is not permitted on site.

Stayed July 23-30. I enjoyed having this oceanside room. Before I booked this room, I knew I wanted a stove, sink and fridge. I liked that the laundry was right outside our room. We were able to view the beach and outdoor pool from the balcony. It was also nice being able to go to the beach and come back to the hotel to swim to cool off. This room has a safe to lock up your belongings. Bed was comfortable and there’s plenty of soft pillows.

Your front desk staff and the housekeeping staff I met are gracious and very helpful. A couple of maintenance issues... Kitchen drawer broken in Unit 422. Twice I reported that none of the 3 elliptical machines in the fitness centre was working, but they were not fixed. The fitness centre was one of the reasons I booked at the Patricia Grand, so this was disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo as did our 2 small dogs. Unfortunately there are a few small issues that need to be addressed. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE in the room. A previous renter must have had a dog that sheds badly and housekeeping didn't sweep or vacuum after their stay. There was a broom in the closet but no dust pan so I swept the room and left the hair and debris in the corner... The broom wasn't enough to actually get all of the hair contained. The room really needs a swiffer or small vacuum. I realize that this is a pet friendly condo but getting in to bed with dog hair all over my feet isn't an option. The outside pet area needs to be redone as there are stickers and weeds but little grass. The floor lamp in the room should be replaced as it appears to have been used by male dogs and is rusting along the bottom. All in all we enjoyed the condo. I don't think that I've ever experienced so many pet lovers in one place. Everyone that we encountered loved meeting our dogs. AND - the shower and water pressure is AWESOME! I could have stayed in the shower for hours! I would rent this place again but bring along my own supplies for the floor.

I loved the hospitality towards our pups and us as well! Heaven and Jaylynn were wonderful! I was disappointed with the cleaning! There was hair in every corner of the room! Looked like it was just pushed around by a mop and not vacuumed! I understand it was a dog friendly room. However, I felt like the room should have been vacuumed before mopping! Thank goodness they are replacing the sliding doors the door was extremely hard to open and close

Great stay, the staff were lovely. We got locked on our porch and they came immediately to help. Very clean. Great location. The parking garage is very tight so don’t bring a large vehicle if possible. The bathroom needed an update. The shower pressure was intense. The room did not have a sponge, dish soap or a broom so we had to do a little shopping. Overall fantastic experience and i will absolutely be back.
