Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Parking notes: 7-story Covered parking garage located across the street (clearance is 6’6”) The Patricia Grand parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. However, oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only. The Patricia Grand will not be held liable for any damage caused by attempting to park an oversized vehicle within the parking garage. Parking Pass Policy – guests will receive 1 parking pass at check-in. Trailer parking is not permitted on site.

We booked this room as a somewhat last minute option for my son’s tournament weekend at a great rate. We had read reviews of Patricia Grand(resort) that had us second guessing our choice. After staying, we would definitely come back. The staff were incredibly nice and the restaurant staff went out of their way to make the pleasant. The room itself was small, but very clean and well appointed.

I love this place indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi and beachfront. Welcomes pets, nice clean room. I had one with a regular size fridge and stove! I hope they don't go up on price but overall great stay!

Everyone was super friendly and the view absolutely gorgeous! The room was fine but in need of a facelift and some tlc. Overall good and great for the cost!

Pros: Cheap and dog-friendly. Located on the beach.
Cons: didn't enjoy this room facing rooms on the other side of the building almost directly. People can see you and you can see them. Not cool and makes you want to keep the curtains closed most of the time.
Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. A lot of hair on the floor and in the bathtub plus standing dirty water in the sink. Hairdryer didn't work. Shower wasn't strong enough. Either it's done on purpose to save water or it's just bad/old/broken.
