Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Parking notes: 7-story Covered parking garage located across the street (clearance is 6’6”) The Patricia Grand parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Guests are asked to please notify the front desk before attempting to park a large or oversized vehicle so that proper accommodations may be made. However, oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only. The Patricia Grand will not be held liable for any damage caused by attempting to park an oversized vehicle within the parking garage. Parking Pass Policy – guests will receive 1 parking pass at check-in. Trailer parking is not permitted on site.

this room was perfect for a quick trip to MB. We arrived and was able to check in early. Housekeeping just finished cleaning the room as we arrived and it was very clean. The only thing was the shower was filling up, other than that no issues. Patricia Grand is one of my favorite properties and I will continue to book with them.

I think all of our expectations were met. Clean room. Could tell have been updating. Wifi was surprisingly great. Could stream movies when wanted. Ac was cold. Water was hot. Drains were a little slow. Bed was super clean. Not a speck of dirt under the mattress! No complaints here.

The property that we stayed at was not the property that was advertised. The united was very outdated, the drains in the bathroom were clogged. There were stains on the bedspread, we asked for a new one several times, no one brought one to us. We had to sleep with a very thin sheet. We will not visit this property again. Another negative is the elevator, at times we had to wait 5 minutes just to get on the elevator to make it to the room.
