This charming property was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was appointed with primary items. The location is perfect for restaurants, Rainbow Row, Pineapple Fountain, the Market and so many other points of attraction. Only a few blocks from King St. for shopping too! There is a Target and Harris Teeter close by for any essentials needed as well. Bed was comfortable and AC was cool. Loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

In the heart of the City. It was clean and quiet. Everything was perfect. Any issues or questions were answered quickly. Would love to stay again in the future. 5 stars

If you're looking for a centrally located condo in the heart of historic Charleston, you've found it. All of the major downtown attractions are an easy walk from this property. Just park your car conveniently at any of the nearby city garages (all are just $18 max/day) and see the city on foot.

This was a beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Charleston. This rental was perfect for my husband and I. We also really loved the courtyard as it was a peaceful retreat from all the bustle of the city. No noise issues, great kitchen, comfortable bed, and amazingly clean place! We rented bikes for the week and there is a bike rack in the courtyard. Also- Harris Teeters for groceries is just a 10 minute walk. In fact everywhere we went was a short walk or ride. All the folks we were around were very friendly and helpful. Vacasa made sure everything was perfect for us. They had excellent communication before and during the stay. When we return to Charleston we will book this place again!

Location was perfect for all the things that make Charleston such a gem; touring, dining, shopping. The unit faces a courtyard, so it's free of street noise. The condo is part of a larger lodging facility, best to enter at reception and use the elevators to the unit rather than search in the courtyard.

This place was wonderful! A perfect location! NO complaints AT ALL!!!

The floors, the drapery, the design... everything is so beautiful. The only thing I would change is a better description of how to find the place. We didn't know if we were looking for the front of a hotel, or a gated type condo building. That part was very confusing. But other than that, it is gorgeous and very centrally located. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was great for downtown - close to restaurants and popular sights! Full kitchen was great to have… a Harris Teeter was only a 5 minute walk away! Place was clean and relaxing… would definitely stay here again!

I booked this cozy place for a midweek getaway for my wife and I. Cozy is exactly what we were looking for, bigger than the average hotel room but not a house big enough for the family. We loved the location, near the water and close to food, drink and entertainment. Great view of the courtyard, however we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy as it rained while we were there, but would have loved to have spent time sitting under the shade of the trees and taking in the fountain.
The accommodations were comfortable and loved the layout of the place. When we come back to Charleston hope to stay here again.

We stayed at 195 East Bay for our 10 year anniversary and we loved it. It was perfect and cozy. This place was very clean and it had everything we needed for a quick get away. We was greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a card for our anniversary. Such a nice gift to enjoy. Thank you so much for the gift and we will always be cherish our stay at East Bay. We will definitely be back. Just Perfectly located in downtown Charleston with everything within walking distance. The market, battery, rainbow row and King street is right at your finger tips. Again, Perfect and & Cozy an we will be back.

I guess if I had one frustration it would only be with the parking. We parked at the parking garage one block away (if that) and the distance was not the problem it was the pricing. The sign said 18 dollars max a day and we parked the car at 7:35pm. The next night we wanted to take a ride over the beautiful bridge for a night ride at 6:30 and the price we got charged was $27. This was high in my opinion but no one was at the garage station to talk to. Anyway We pulled back into around 9:30 pm and left the next morning at 9am. Again we was charged 27 dollars. At this point I was mad. How does the sign says max $18 dollars a day and I get charged 27 dollars for just shy of 12 hours? Any way this is no shame on the beautiful 5Star place we stayed but some people may find it helpful to know we paid almost 60 dollars in parking for just slightly over 2 full days of stay. If possible add an address for the best parking spot for the price close by. I would hate For somebody to get charge $27 every time they left the garage.

Anyway like I said perfect place to stay and we will be back, but we will find another place to park even if it’s a-little further to walk.

Best Regards,

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the closeness of everything and we could literally walk everywhere. Finding the rental is a bit tricky but once you figure it out, it's a perfect spot!

Comfortable and easy to get to. The pull out couch isn't great for sleeping, but my teenage son made due. It was clean, great having a full kitchen and living space, and the location couldn't have been better.

The location would be hard to beat. Comfortable accommodations, beautifully decorated, easy access to shops, restaurants etc... We walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend this rental.
