This place is located right in the heart of it all! Brown’s Court Bakery is two doors down and a treat indeed! If you’re a light sleeper, bring some sort of noise canceling sleep aid because the windows might as well be made of paper and the street noise is INSANE! The furnishings and linens are pretty cheap so if you’re so if you need soft towels bring your own. This place checks all the boxes if you’re looking for a central spot to gather with your friends to pregame before a night on the town!
Manager response:
Hi, Tim! We're sorry the noise was bothersome and hope the location made up for it. The dining chairs and table will be replaced by February. Thank you!

The house was exactly as described. Well located, well furnished, well supplied. And great host.

Perfect location, comfortable beds. Slept 6 adults very well. Clean place and good hang out area

Place was perfect! Right downtown, a short walk from bars and restaurants. Can’t imagine a better place for hosting a large group of guys for the weekend.

The kitchen, dining, living room combination was a nice place for the 6 of us to gather in the evenings. But, things in the house - important things like the window blinds and dryer were broken. The kitchen was woefully lacking in equipment to cook. The microwave was good for heating leftovers, but otherwise the kitchen was pretty much useless.

Plenty of room for me and my 11 guests! Great location, close to multiple bars & restaurants and staff was very responsive to any questions I had! Thank you all for a weekend we’ll never forget!!

This house was great for our large group & in a perfect walking distance of fun bars - uptown social and warehouse (don’t be fooled by the exterior the inside is awesome). Our property managers for our stay were extremely responsive through a direct text line which was so much easier than communicating via email or app. Would definitely recommend esp for a bachelor/bachelorette trip.

the house was spacious w nice kitchen space and hang out space for a large group.
4 stars because it’s so loud outside that we thought we had windows open, we didn’t. Especially at night being next to a bar and it sounded like trash trucks came by twice in the night so not much sleep was had.
