Ideally positioned in East Vail's Timber Falls, this home has 1,100-square-feet of living space, and can easily accommodate up to six people, making it the perfect union of comfort and location. There is a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The home is well-appointed with beautiful furniture and all towels and linens will be supplied. The free ski bus stop for Vail Village is right down the street, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season. There are also two tennis courts and a lovely outdoor swimming pool available for summer entertainment. Parking Notes: Please note: In the event of snowfall of 2" or more, cars will need to be moved from the parking lot in order for the lot to be cleared of snow. If the cars are not moved for the snow removal, a fine could incur.

Parking is not allowed on the hill between building #12 and 15. This road must be left open as a fire lane. Any vehicles or trailers over 20 feet long are not allowed to be stored or to park in the Timber Falls parking lots. No permits are required.

No vehicle shall be parked in such a manner as to impede or prevent ready access to any driveway to or exit from a building. Any traffic flow markings and signs regulating traffic or parking on the condominium project shall be strictly observed. Violators will be towed at an expense. Vehicles must be in working order and must be moved on a regular basis. This is very important for winter snow removal and complete clearing of the parking lots. After three days without being moved a vehicle is considered abandoned and will be towed. Vehicles blocking stair and walk-ways may be towed immediately.

The condo was very comfortable, roomy enough, and plenty of firewood for the lovely fires we enjoyed in the evenings. The kitchen was nice, two full bathrooms were nice, and it was helpful to have a bathtub to Soak in after a long day of skiing. The first floor location was very convenient for getting our luggage in and out

Fabulous stay in East Vail. Close to Vail Village, shopping, restaurants and beautiful Bighorn Park. Accommodations were great. Perfect for a family of four. My only recommendation would be to invest in a new Queen bed mattress. Also, the pool was complete and very nice and spacious.

The condo is perfect for a family of four. First floor location makes it easy to load in/out. Close to the East Vail Shuttle Stop that gets you to Golden Peak or Vail Village.

The condo was perfect for my family of 5. The only issues we had was managing the hot water supply. Two people can shower and make it but it takes at least an hour to gain the hot water back. We also noticed that every dish we pulled out of the cabinets was dirty, like maybe the renters before us just rinsed them with out soap. I would also recommend to anyone staying here for a ski trip to leave your skis at the transit center where the shuttle drops you off. It cost like $7 a day but would be well worth it. We realized this our last day. I also think it is important for renters to know that there is only one small outdoor hot tub for all of Timber Falls and it is quite a walk from this condo. The fire place and abundance of wood was awesome to relax around each night. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and the ski conditions were amazing. Lovely property with great views of the east Vail Valkey. Unit is spacious and nicely appointed...Appliances all worked and quite adequate for the unit. Wood burning fireplace added to unit`s warmth. Location near bus stop was a big plus.. nearby Blu`s restaraunt great place for casual meal. A few suggestions for the owner include: repair to fireplace door handles, additional towel hanging racks for master bath, increased insulation sealing above kitchen stove and cabinets. I stayed here with a few of my girlfriends celebrating my 30th birthday. It was centrally located and very easy to get to Vail. The space was clean and welcoming and had all the amenities one would need on a trip to the Vail Valley. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend some time in the mountains.
