Enjoy it on your own furnished balcony with a drink or meal cooked up in your own full kitchen (complete with helpful amenities like a kitchen island). Inside, relax with ease in central air-conditioning. The private washer/dryer will take care of your sandy towels and evening wear alike so that you can explore the area on your schedule. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, fitness room, and game room during their stay!

Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood just under one mile away. Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just under six miles away. The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under three miles from this condo. Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just under four miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area.

THINGS TO KNOW

While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
Only one elevator will be available through April 30, 2023 while they are being replaced.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
The pool is heated from December 1st until March 1st
Beach service is available for an additional fee. If you are interested, please inquire with the building staff upon arrival
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 14.
• Parking notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is underneath the building. Guests may park anywhere in the garage. Once guests have checked in, they will need to display their parking pass at all times while in the garage.

  There is a maximum number of two vehicles per condo. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers allowed on the property. Parking garage clearance is seven feet.
