• This home has easy access for guests with limited mobility.
• The utility deposit covers the cost of utilities used during the stay. The utility deposit requirement applies to all homes where a guest stays 'monthly' (28 nights or longer). The utility deposit for homes with a private pool is $2,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

• 2 dogs , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Please note that there are active security cameras on-site on the exterior of the home facing entrances from the street view. There are NO cameras in the interior of the home or that would invade guest privacy expectations.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
