Lagoon-Front Villa w/ Screened Porch, WiFi & AC - Steps to Beach, Tennis & Golf!

The gorgeous ocean beach, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and the Turtle Point Golf Course are all within easy walking distance of this garden-level condo at the Tennis Club Villas, a prime spot for enjoying the beauties of Kiawah Island all year long. This waterfront villa is beautifully positioned at the lagoon's edge, with a screened-in porch overlooking the water to welcome you home from your daily excursions.

Step inside to find a recently renovated living space that's all on one level, with central air conditioning, cool tile floors, and large windows and sliding glass doors that bring in the waterfront view. To your right are an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser, a dishwasher, and an induction range) and a three-person breakfast bar, a window-side dining nook, and a living room with comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Toss the day's swimsuits in the stackable washer/dryer and spend the evening on the screened-in porch, sipping a glass of wine and observing local wildlife in and around the lagoon. Both bedrooms have views of the lagoon (and flatscreen TVs) as well; the master suite even features an en suite bathroom and direct access to the screened porch.

What's nearby:
As part of the Tennis Club Villas, this ground-floor condo enjoys an enviable position for beach-goers, golfers, and - of course - tennis enthusiasts. The famed Roy Barth Tennis Center is just around the circle (a quarter-mile southwest), while the closest beach access point awaits less than half a mile south next to The Sanctuary Hotel. The Turtle Point Golf Course - one of the five courses open to guests on Kiawah Island - is roughly a third of a mile down the road, while the island's lovely biking and walking paths are easily accessible in the surrounding area.

Very comfortable and nice location by the lagoon. Liked the open kitchen and appreciated all the kitchen tools/appliances.

Loved this condo. It was perfect for two adults and two kids! Spacious, bright, with a cool view of an alligator pond behind us.

We loved the convenience of this location to the beach, restaurants, and market shopping. The space, furniture and amenities were great for a family of 4. The master bedroom gets hot due to poor ac circulation, but Vacasa was quick to respond w an oscillating fan.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, close to the beach and Freshfields (grocery stores and other stores). Unit was clean-ish (expect for some pet hair on pillows and couch left behind) and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit does have a wierd smell in the breakfast area, not sure where it came from but overall a nice place to stay on the island!

Went to Kiawah Island for a birthday trip. We got there in the middle of the week and it was very nice and quiet, we had the entire place to ourselves which we enjoyed. We will definitely be going back for another visit.

This was a great rental. We were there for 2 weeks and it was spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Easy walk to the beach and small market. Screened in porch was great. We will definitely come back!
