This home has a lot of potential but needs to have a good serious deep cleaning. The washer, dishwasher, screen door, was all broken and not functioning when arrived. The washer was giving an error code and the dishwasher ended up flooding the kitchen, as the door was very difficult to shut therefore didn’t seal correctly. The door locks on entry and balcony were broken which was a concern because we had small children.
I notified Vacasa and they sent someone out to repair the washer, dishwasher, and door locks as well as address the cleaning issues. The repairman showed and fixed the washer by pulling it out and unplugging it from the wall. We continue to have to do this at least 3 other times. They said they would have to get a part for the dishwasher and would be back Monday however it had been installed wrong not allowing the door to close properly. I inquired again mid week and a repairman called me to let me know someone would need to let him in the building, which wasn’t a problem. Never heard back from this person to schedule a time. The couch had a very bad body odor to it and we had to place a blanket over the left side to prevent the smell. The master bath had mold around the tub, no shower curtain, cob webs hanging in corners. The vent in the kitchen had mold around it as well. None of these issues was addressed during our stay. This is vacation…you shouldn’t have to worry about this kind of stuff while on vacation. Just ridiculous!

Since your stay, the washer and dishwasher now work without issue and the front entry door locks properly. The slider door does have a slider latch type lock. The home has received a deep clean and tub has been cleaned and recaulked. We appreciate you letting us know there is room for improvement and we hope to host you again soon.

For what it cost me to stay here with my family , I would expect the black mold in the bathroom to have been taken care of as well as two washers that did not work, a dryer that took hours to dry a couple items and broken beer bottle pieces on the balcony. I have photos of this as well and hopefully the next people who stay here will not have the same issues.

Well the only thing I love was the location to the beach. The hotel was beyond disgusting. I was high disappointed. When we first got there. I received a text asking how it was so far. I sent photos of our findings and was told management would be in touch. No one contacted us. Instead I spent hours cleaning. We were welcomed to blood stains on two of the bed sheets and blankets. Dirty dishes in the cabnit and dish washer. Crumbs of food on the bedroom floor and in the silverware drawer. Food caked on the stove and livingroom floor. The master bath smell like a wet dirty dog. The toaster looked like it had mold in it and white crusty I don't even know what inside all over. I will never recommend this place and will never come back. What a waste of my vacation and time taken from enjoying it with my children because I had to clean for the first few hours of being there.

The condo itself is a great location! The condo we stayed in was overall okay, however, the cleaning crew needs to do a better job. It looked like no one had dusted in years. There were hairs randomly all over the floors/bathtubs. We had some water tracked in on the floor from the pool, wiped it up with a towel and the towel was Black. I would not recommend staying here for the price. I would for sure check out other places in that area bc the location was awesome! Across the road from Barefoot Landing and hardly any traffic on the road

close to barefoot. surrounding buildings are all smaller units which makes for less crowds on the beach. room was clean and everything in working order. we hope to rent again next year. it was perfect for us.
