Keawakapu Beach gives you another nearby stretch of sand, while Wailea sits just south for restaurants and an evening drive. Maui Kamaole’s tropical grounds add two pools, a heated lower pool, spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. It is an area built around doing a little, then having a comfortable place to return to.

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
