Effective 1/1/26 – There is a year round Facilities Access Fee of $225.00 per reservation regardless of duration of stay. This will give you access to the clubhouse and amenities in the community. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay at least 10 days prior to check in via PayPal. Guest will receive a key FOB or code for access from the clubhouse at check-in. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged $100 for replacement.
- Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
