Loved staying at this home. It’s a lovely condo complex that is well maintained with plenty of parking. The location is amazing to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach of course! Going in the off-season is great because the super nice clubhouse had AN INDOOR POOL AND JACUZZI!!! My kids loved playing the arcade games too. In the condo, the beds were comfortable and in the living room there was lots of comfy seating too. This place would also be great for 2 families to stay since there are 2 king bed suites. We will happily return, next time in the summer!
Clean, spacious, and quiet. Provided a great setting for a wonderful girls trip. Would definitely recommend!!
We rented the home for only a short stay of two nights, for my sisters wedding. However, only minutes after entering the home, I immediately said this is a place I’d like to stay for a week or two!
The entire home was very clean, smelled good, and we had everything we needed. All the necessary kitchen appliances, and then some, all utensils, and coffee. The beds were comfortable and clean, bathrooms very clean, all and all the clean towels we needed.
The deal we got on the price for the rental was amazing as well.
Less than most every motel or hotel near by. We had a total of 5 adults and one child, the house was huge, and there was plenty of room.
I subtracted only one star for guest service. Due to a very awful check in experience. First, Every email and text I received stated that we first HAD to check in at the actual rental office, before we would be able to access our actual rental home. I also called the rental office multiple times that morning to make sure of everything we had to do, sign all documents, and they sent me the code to unlock the doors of the home.
The rental office closes at 5pm, knowing we would were running late, due to wedding craziness, I called them office, we gave them all of our accurate information, they repeated back to me the exact address of our rental, so all info exchanged between us was 100% correct. The woman said they have late check in lock boxes outside the office, she instructed us to call a phone number on the office door, they would give us a code, and we would be able to open our lock box to get everything we need to check in.
We get the office very late in the evening, I call the number, give the gentleman my info, he puts me on hold for 20 minutes, then I get disconnected. I call back, a woman answers, and says we don’t have any record of you having a late check in, I told her I called hours ago.
Then she says we don’t have any check in information at all for us.
Then she puts me on hold again for over 20 minutes. Meanwhile its very late, my 3 year old is in the car, it’s cold, and raining, I’m standing outside, in front of these lock boxes, with 4 other people at the same time, having the same issues doing their check in.
Finally the woman gets back on and tells me that there was no need for us to even go to the rental office!!
She said because we our rental property had a lock code on the door, we didn’t need anything else to get in, aside from the number code.
They had already sent the code to me earlier, but again, 3 separate people told me I HAD TO GO to the rental office first. The lady told me nope, we didn’t have to do that and acted like it was my fault. We wasted over an hour of our time going through totally unnecessary nonsense, all because of the people who work in the office.
And again we weren’t the only ones having trouble, multiple people were standing outside with me having similar issues. Who might be the common denominator???
They need to get it together.
