Ground-Floor Condo w/ Garden Patio & Shared Pool/Hot Tub/Tennis - Walk to Beach!

Find the perfect home base for your trip to Molokai at this spacious, ground-floor condo with an open floor plan, a private tree-lined patio, and access to a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. This is a wonderful escape for a group of friends or a family, offering plentiful space to spread out in the open living area - combining the full kitchen, the dining space, and the living room with its flatscreen TV - and outside on the garden patio. A washer/dryer, cable service, and free WiFi are provided as well. You'll be within walking distance of beautiful beaches, and you'll come home to your very own hammock on the shaded patio and on-site amenities that include the pool, the hot tub, two tennis courts, gas grills, lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a lending library.

What's nearby:
Ke Nani Kai is a lovely property located on the west side of the island of Molokai, with grounds that include a large outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, two tennis courts, gas grills, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and tables for al fresco meals. It's about a five-minute walk down an access road to Kepuhi Beach, which is great for surfing in the winter months, ideal for swimming and snorkeling come summer, and the site of many paddle races to Oahu. You'll also be a short stroll across the old golf course from Papohaku Beach, one of the longest beaches in the state of Hawaii with waters that are rough in the winter but calmer for ocean swimming in summer. Ke Nani Kai is a half-mile stroll from Make Horse and its many tidepools, six miles northwest of the town of Maunaloa (the only town on the west end), and 19 miles west of Kaunakakai, where most grocery stores, art/gift shops, mini markets, restaurants, and equipment rentals are located.

This arid west side of Molokai, just 12 miles from the airport, is known for having less rain than the east side of the island. And the island-wide evening quiet hours make Molokai perfect for romance, families, solitude, and experiencing a glimpse of the real Hawaii away from the tourist crowds.

Loved having lots of space and private bedrooms and baths for 2 couples. It was very comfortable and just a short walk to the beach for sunset and moon rise viewing.

I love the location, size of rooms, and amenities. But we were very disappointed to arrive to the most dirtiest room we ever rented. A strong mildew or pesticide type of stench throughout room. Carpets feel sticky gross and looks dirty gross. Beds were dirty with some rat droppings and dead insects. Closet with cleaning supplies was jammed. Lucky my husband is a handy man. Condo housekeeping was not going to be available until the next day. We spent a whole hour cleaning unit before we could even relax. Then when we went to the pool, we couldn’t get access bcuz the office was closed. The property manager was not even able to allow us in the pool. I felt we were being discriminated bcuz were are brown skinned not white. He said we had to wait till the next day to get a code. Weekend pool staff very rude and sassy. She was yelling at us to get out as if were not guests. She didn’t even ask kindly first. She just assumed bcuz we are brown and local, we must not belong there. She should have had more professional mannerisms like the manger did on Monday. She didn’t have to spend our whole Mother’s Day yelling and scolding our kids. She assumed we all weren’t staying there. But she didn’t realize that our families had rented 3 rooms. It’s sad to be treated this way bcuz of the color of our skin. Not sure if will stay here again. We’ll se what Vacasa is willing to do to compensate us.
Manager response:
