Feel the great ocean breezes from the oceanfront porch of this 4 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront cottage located at 151 Ocean Blvd. West. Accommodates 8 guests. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in the first bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The second floor also has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in the first bedroom and 2 double beds (New double mattresses for 2019) in the second bedroom. New bedding for 2019 season. "She Shell" has central heat & air, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, icemaker, wetbar, 3 cable TVs (1 HD) , DVD player, stereo with CD player, wireless internet access and telephone . Other amenities include 2 covered porches, outside shower with hot & cold water, parking underneath the house and private walkway to the beach with a sundeck. This is a NON-SMOKING home & NO PETS.

Comfortable home, enjoyed beach front. Management, housekeeping, and maintenance were available immediately for any questions or concerns we had. Very well managed, will use Vacasa again any time we come to this area. Vacasa was very interested in having us enjoy our stay.

Tubs drained very slowly. Reported it to vacasa but nobody came out to fix it. Had a water leak above the kitchen cabinets which caused mold in the cabinets with the dishes. This hone needs repairs. The porch was awesome. My father has mobility issues so he was able to sit on the back porch and watch out kids play on the beach.
