The light and bright interior is nicely decorated with coastal-chic furnishings throughout. Unwind in the living room by the fireplace while enjoying an ocean view, or watch TV shows in the upstairs den. Get cooking in the spacious kitchen (for more than one chef) with plenty of utensils to make you feel like you are in your own habitat. However, this time, including majestic ocean views! We loved the view of the ocean and the pier. The bedding was great. Very comfortable mattress. It was great having the 2 box fans as we bring fans to help us sleep.

The house was the prefect size, clean, close to the beach. The only negative thing was the painters next door, rattling their extension ladders at 7:30am on Saturday morning. Which was no fault to the house rental. Would definitely stay there again.

House was ok. Needs some updating and a lot of bulbs are out. Would have been helpful to know pier had be closed for a year...

Location was great. House it self needs some minor work. Has water damage and the rails are wobbly.

Great location for a good price since it’s across the street, but with easy beach access. Huge porches to spend time admiring the ocean. Older home, but very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay in this home.

First time staying at Holden Beach. Love to fish, so staying right across from the pier was an ideal location. The "mom and pop" store 3 doors down was helpful. House was clean and furniture in good shape and beds comfortable. Look forward to returning in the spring.

The location and ocean views were great. Ants in the kitchen were bad and horrible on the parking area under the house. They would crawl on and bite you so we could not enjoy the space. Roaches were bad as well! The house could use an update but the space accommodated us well. Loved the large dinning table that sat 12. Won't stay here again due to roaches and ants.

This home has a lot of potential, but it is in need of some maintenance and upkeep issues. We spent parts of 3 of our vacation days meeting with maintenance/repair people. Many of the smaller issues were fixed, but air conditioning on the lower level and the ice maker were not able to be fixed during our stay.
